HDPE high pressure grade pipe fittings include equal diameter straight, reducing straight, flange, tee, elbow, joint, etc., mainly hot melt butt joint, electric fusion connection and flange connection, etc.
HDPE high-pressure grade pipe fittings are often made of thick-walled pipe blanks and rods. They can be made into various shapes of pipe fittings, such as elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, pipe caps, etc., through CNC machining and other methods. They can solve the problem of difficult processing in injection molding and meet the design and installation requirements of complex pipeline systems.
In order to withstand high pressure, HDPE high-pressure grade pipe fittings are usually designed with thick-walled structures. During manufacturing, special extrusion or injection molding equipment is used to process HDPE raw materials into thick-walled pipe blanks or pipe fittings. Then, through precision processes such as CNC machining, the blanks are further processed and formed to ensure the dimensional accuracy and wall thickness uniformity of the pipe fittings to meet the strength requirements of different pressure levels.
