The comprehensive performance of the material can work at -269 to +80 ° C for a long time, known as an "amazing" engineering plastic, its wear resistance is the crown of plastics, 3-7 times that of carbon steel and stainless steel. In our country, more and more projects have adopted this kind of pipeline, which has become a new thermoplastic engineering plastic with moderate price and excellent performance,In general, PE100 and PE4710 are commonly used materials for high-strength pipelines and are widely used in high-pressure water supply and gas pipelines. The PE100RC is an enhanced version of the PE100 for applications where higher crack resistance is required. 3.Excellent chemical stability, this product can resist the corrosion of strong chemicals, in addition to some strong acids at high temperatures have slight corrosion, in other lye, acid is not corroded.
4.Good self-lubricity, because this product contains waxy substances, and self-lubrication is very good. The friction coefficient (196N, 2 hours) is only 0.219MN/m (GB3960), so it can not only move freely, but also protect the relevant workpiece from wear or strain.
5.Unique low temperature resistance, this product has excellent low temperature resistance, its impact resistance and wear resistance are basically unchanged at minus 269 degrees Celsius. It is the only engineering plastic that can work at temperatures close to absolute zero.
6.Not easy to scale, this product due to the small friction coefficient and non-polarity, so it has a good surface non-adhesion.
7.The best environmental stress cracking resistance,The elastic modulus is more than 1.5 times that of PE100. Fatigue strength > 500,000 times.
